Last night we didn’t want a big meal. Jan, my wife, made a couple of bowls of lettuce for salads. I got out the ranch dressing, shredded cheese, salsa, and some Jerky Direct Shredded Buffalo Jerky. I put the concoction on my lettuce to make a taco salad and Jan just put the ranch dressing on hers. She tasted mine and promptly converted her’s to a taco salad as well.
